How It Works

1Whether you need regular maintenance like an oil change or repair services like a dead battery or brake job, start by submitting a service request. Provide some basic information about yourself, then tell us about your vehicle and the type of service you need. Make sure to be specific about where you need service, and keep in mind, we come to you!

2Within seconds of receiving your request, one of our community managers will read your request and start finding you the perfect mechanic. Once we find the perfect mechanic with the skills you need and who is located near your vehicle, we'll send him or her the details of your request.

3Your mechanic will contact you to arrange a time and location for your vehicle's service, in addition to verifying the issue with your car. Once you agree on a time and place, the mechanic will arrive on the spot, ready for action.

4When the mechanic arrives on location, they will run a diagnostic to determine the service needed, inform you of the diagnostic results, then confirm time and cost for the service needed. The mechanic will never start working until you OK the price!

5The mechanic finishes all service and then makes sure you approve - everything is always done to your satisfaction. You'll receive a detailed invoice as well as a service report to log the work performed on your vehicle. For your convenience, pay your invoice with a credit card and then be on your way!
